Today we’re going to talk about 3 Chiropractic providers in the Metro Atlanta area that were represented at the Baby and Beyond Expo. There can be a lot of fear associated with chiropractors, and this can cause some people to avoid them. But did you know that they can be the answer to a lot of your ailments while pregnant? Did you know that they don’t HAVE to crack your neck (the thing that a lot of us tend to fear)?
Chiropractors approach your health from a holistic standpoint (whole body vs. symptoms)
Chiropractors can help with so many things during pregnancy including back pain, leg cramps, sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, and many more. Many chiropractors are trained in the Webster Technique which was designed specifically for pregnant women and their ailments. This technique was not designed to turn a breech baby, but it has been known to do just that in some cases, but it can potentially keep your baby from getting stuck in a breech position as well.
Many chiropractors also work with infants and children
An infant’s joints and be thrown out of place during childbirth. A chiropractor trained in pediatric chiropractic can help to realign your infant’s joints to help with many different things that you may run into in the early days, weeks, and months of your new baby’s life.
I understand that Chiropractic care is not for everyone, but if you’ve tried everything else and you’re still not getting results, maybe give one of these chiropractors or some closer to you a buzz and see if they can help you or your baby. Below is a list of the practices we met with at the expo Atlanta Baby & Beyond Expo and some details about each. Be sure to check out their websites, Instagram, and Facebook pages to learn more about each practice.
